Jazz Playlist: Spring 2016

Another season, another playlist. Here are some of my favorite songs I’ve been jamming to in dance class.

I organized this in a purposeful way, to try to please everyone as many people as a can. It goes like this:

First 1/2 songs: Quick tempo. Good for warm up/ across the floor

Second 1/2 songs: Slower. Good for slower across the floor, stretching, combos, etc.

Last ~4 songs: Mature lyrics. Don’t play these last songs for your younger dancers. They’re meant for adult classes and college.

Let’s get to it!
